Setup Troubleshooting

I am setting up a Belkin AC1750-DB router for Tunlr and for some reason after following all the troubleshooting processes, it is still not connecting to the service.

Do you have an suggestions on what else to do? Should I turn off the inbuilt firewall?

Any advise would be great. Thanks

1) Are you receiving the “This device is setup” message on the services page when you login?
2) Which OS are you using?
3) What firewall do you have?
4) Would you kindly send us screen shots of your router settings?
