BBC iPlayer

Tuula Salonen Nov 28, 2015 06:25PM EST

The BBC iPlayer keeps telling me that the programs are only for UK

I have flushed the DNS cache and the browser cache as recommended

Is it even meant to work with iPlayer?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. There are a couple of reasons why this may occur with different solutions to each. Please try the solutions below to see if we can get things working for you.

1) Make sure you are not using HTML5: http://support.tunlr.com/customer/portal/articles/2166509

2) Flush your DNS and Clear your Cache: http://support.tunlr.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1909235-tunlr-not-working-basic-troubleshooting

If this does not work, please answer the following questions to aid us with troubleshooting:
A) Do you receive the “This device is setup” message when you go to the following URL: https://tunlr.com/services
B) What device are you currently trying to access the BBC from?
C) What browser are you using to access the BBC?

We will look forward to working with you to resolve this issue.

Cheers,

Tunlr

1 I did the stuff that your page tells me to do namely 1 and 2

A Yes I do
B Laptop
C Edge and Chrome

And now that I checked it works on no other page either. I am using a shared wifi so I cannot reset the router BTW.
