Using Tunlr from a hotel

Ray Aug 07, 2015 09:02AM EDT

Does it work where there is a hotel captive portal involved in the initial set up of the Internet connectivity? I can't seem to get Tunlr working.

Hello Ray,

You can use Tunlr with a hotel captive portal. There are some cases where this may not work, but for majority of time you should be fine. What is the specific problem you are experiencing? Here are some steps that may help:

1) Make sure the DNS settings are set for the service you are using.
2) Flush you DNS and clear your cookies: http://support.tunlr.com/customer/portal/articles/1855919-flushing-your-dns-cache , http://support.tunlr.com/customer/portal/articles/1918596-how-to-clear-dns-cache-in-google-chrome

Cheers,

Tunlr
