How to Clear Cache in Internet Explorer 10

Are you still having issues accessing blocked websites on Internet Explorer 10? Have you tried flushing your DNS cache? If you're still region blocked, this might be because Internet Explorer 10 is loading saved website data. This is a feature in Internet Explorer 10 that helps you load web pages quicker on subsequent visits, but in this case, it may be blocking you from viewing specific websites.
Remember to try and flush your DNS cache before proceeding. If Flushing your DNS cache does not help, please continue with the steps below.
To get around this temporary block and use Tunlr to its full potential, you will need to clear Internet Explorer 10's host cache.

Open Internet Explorer

On your computer, find and open Internet Explorer.

Go to Internet Options

Right click on while your mouse is on the Internet Explorer screen and Select Internet Options.

Go to your Browsing history

Select General, Under browsing History click Delete. (You can also get to the next screen by clicking "Ctrl"+"Shift"+d . )

Clear your Cache

Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies and click Delete.
