Open Tunlr Services page on your device.
If you see this message, the Tunlr DNS settings are not being used. Please follow the instructions on the How to Set Up page.
If you see this message, continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Clear your browser cookies & cache.
Clearing your browser cookies and cache is the first thing you should do whenever you run into a problem. Your browser may be using website settings from before you updated your Services.

Step 3: Clear Flash CookiesVisit this link and click "Delete all sites" to remove Flash storage potentially blocking Tunlr.
Ignore this step if flash is unavailable in your browser.
Step 4: Clear your DNS cache.
Your device may be loading saved website location data and not your updated settings. Clearing your DNS cache will ensure old DNS settings are removed.
