Windows Vista Tunlr Setup:
Follow these simple steps to unblock blocked websites, watch American television, and browse the web with no restrictions!
Before You Begin:
Before changing the DNS settings on your computer, please make sure to note your current DNS server address(es) and write them down somewhere for backup purposes. If at any time you need to go back to your original settings, you'll be able to with your backed up information.
It may also be helpful to print this page so that if you lose Internet connection, or lose this page, you can still refer to the below instructions.

Open Control Panel
Open the Control Panel by clicking on the Start Orb located at the bottom left of your screen, and then click on Control Panel.
Go to Network and Internet
Find the Network and Internet title and click on it.
Go to Network and Sharing Center
Find the Network and Sharing Center title and click on it.
Go to Manage network connections
In the left pane, there should be a link to Manage network connections. Click on that.
Choose your connection
Double-click your current connection. It will usually be titled something like Local Area Connection.
Change your connection's properties
In the window that opens up, click on Properties.
Turn off IPv6
Find the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) option, and make sure that it is unchecked.
Edit your IPv4 settings
Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) to highlight the option, and then click on Properties.
Use manual DNS server addresses
To use Tunlr's DNS addresses, you will have to check the option Use the following DNS server addresses:
Enter in Tunlr's DNS addresses
Fill in the Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server fields with the below information.
- Preferred DNS server: 126.96.36.199
- Alternate DNS server: 188.8.131.52
Confirm new server addresses
Once you are sure you have entered in Tunlr's DNS addresses correctly, click on OK.
